Original Abstract
Medium: This abstract has two layers of oil paint all applied with my palette knife. The under layer was painted with darker and more vibrant tones. Once this was completely dry I added another layer of paint in grays and lots of pastel colors with bursts of metallic silver. The finished result is a painting with lots of rich delicious texture with pops of color and metal peeping through the gray.
Surfacce: This is painted on a museum quality, gallery wrap canvas with 1.5" deep edges which are painted mid gray.
