Jenny Moss is a seasoned painter who in her words has painted for "as long as she could hold a paintbrush" Prolonged hospital stays as a child (and creative nurses) propelled Jenny's Painting skills from Paint-by-number to her own creations. Though primarily self-taught, Jenny had the privilege of many mentors along the way, the most influential being her baby sister, Amy Dixon, A renowned artist who's worse are nationwide.
Jenny's Paintbrush travels from the canvas to ceramic art where pottery is her medium of expression. For many years she has owned "The Mustard Seed" a cottage industry that combines ceramic designs with scripture.
Her accomplishments on canvas include abstract, portraiture, landscapes, florals and she just has to paint an egret or blue heron when she needs her bird "fix." Driven by her love for color and composition, she seeks to inspire an "aha" response from her viewer. Her only measure of success is that when a piece is finished, she hates to part with it! Enjoy ~
