We were standing on the boardwalk after dinner, in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, watching the boats coming back from a day of fishing. This small craft headed out for a late-day cruise. I thought to myself that a "Dusk Ride" sounded like the perfect way to cap off a gorgeous summer day.
